ABOUT FOUNDATIONS

This website is operated by Four Sisters LLC, doing business as Foundations Professional Bra Fitting (“Foundations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of foundationsbrafittings.com and purchases or bookings made through our website.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Please provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and appointment information when placing an order or booking a service.

Product availability and prices may change. The price displayed when you complete your purchase applies to that purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. If we cannot fulfill an order, any payment collected for the unfulfilled portion will be refunded.

FITTING APPOINTMENTS

Boutique fittings are available by appointment. Please select the appropriate fitting type when booking.

Our boutique fitting fee is $20 and is waived with a purchase of full-price merchandise. Virtual fittings are $40. Contact us to arrange your virtual appointment before booking.

Please contact us before scheduling a mastectomy fitting to confirm that our certified mastectomy fitter is available.

For cancellation or rescheduling questions, contact us as soon as possible using the information below.

PRIVATE FIT PARTIES AND CORPORATE EVENTS

Private fit parties require a minimum of six fittings. Corporate fitting events are arranged individually with the participating business.

Contact us to discuss your preferred date, location, group size, services, and pricing. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an event reservation. Event arrangements must be confirmed with Foundations.

SPECIALTY FITTINGS AND VA SERVICES

Our fitting services provide garment-fitting assistance and product guidance. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from your healthcare professional.

We do not file insurance for mastectomy fittings. Foundations is a Veterans Affairs Gulf Coast vendor. VA services and products may require a referral, an order, and authorization. Contact us about the applicable process before scheduling. Vendor status does not guarantee eligibility or coverage.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to purchases already made.
